To access the meeting please follow these instructions:
- Click on the Parish Council Zoom meeting link on the front page of the Parish Council website (the clerk can email you this link if it helps)
- Follow the on-screen instructions whilst Zoom sets itself up (this can take a few minutes).
- You will be required to join with a full name and with the video link on. This is for data protection and the safety/security of all participants (If the Council discusses personnel or commercial contracts it is required to ask the public to leave the meeting).
- It is preferable and more enjoyable for you to join with your video on
- You will be joined to the waiting room until just before 8pm when the meeting will start.
- All participants (except councillors and the Clerk) will be muted during the meeting and be able to watch and listen only.
- If you wish to make a comment or ask a question, at the appropriate time, then please indicate visually and the Chairman will invite you to speak and will ‘unmute you’. Please keep your input relevant and to the point.
